Jaipur / Rajasthan CM gave green signal to 48 new panchayat committees and 1264 gram panchayats

Jaipur. Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has approved the formation of 48 new panchayat committees and 1264 new gram panchayats. Now 11152 gram panchayats and 343 panchayat samitis will be held in the state. The process of restructuring of Panchayats was going on for the last five months.

The process of notification of new gram panchayats and panchayat committees was going on till late in the night. The notification of their formation will soon be issued by the Rural Development and Panchayati Raj Department. In 12 of the 33 districts of the state, no panchayat committee has been approved for the formation of a single panchayat committee. Jaipur has maximum six, five new Panchayat committees will be formed in Jedhpur and Daisa. It is noteworthy that Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot formed a cabinet sub committee under the chairmanship of Deputy CM Sachin Pilot for the reorganization of the Panchayat Committees and the Gram Panchayat.

In the formation of new panchayat committees, five new panchayat committees have been given in Jedhpur, the home district of CM Ashok Gehlot. A panchayat committee has been given to the Deputy CM Sachin Pilot from the Tank district from which he has won. Similarly, the Medical Minister, Dr. The same Panchayat Samiti has also been issued in Raghu Sharma's constituency Ajmer.
