In the 39th match of IPL 2022, Rajasthan Royals defeated Royal Challengers Bangalore by 29 runs. RCB had a target of 145, in response to which the team could not even play the entire over and was all out on 115. Not a single player of the team could even cross the mark of 25 runs.

After this R Ashwin came to bat and hit a brilliant four in the last two balls of the over. The first boundary was hit by Ashwin at deep square leg and the second at backward point.


In the next over of Siraj, Ashwin also hit two fours in two consecutive balls. Ashwin also played a big shot on the last ball of the fourth over, but lost his wicket. R Ashwin was dismissed for 17 runs in 9 balls. His catch was caught by Siraj on his own ball.
