Congress government being formed in Uttarakhand

Harak Singh Rawat claimed that Congress government is being formed in the state. He said that even if I had not joined, the Congress government would have come. The people of Uttarakhand have made up their mind that a Congress government has to be brought in the state. He said that he has spoken to Congress leaders, however, he has not met Sonia Gandhi yet.

Resigned in cabinet meeting a few days ago

Senior minister Harak Singh Rawat, who was persuaded after resigning in the cabinet meeting a few days ago, was shown the way out by the party on Sunday. The Chief Minister's Office of Uttarakhand issued a statement late at night saying that Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has dismissed him from his cabinet and has also sent its information to the Governor. At the same time, Rawat has also been sacked from the primary membership of BJP for 6 years.

Harak Singh Rawat had resigned earlier also demanding facilities in his area. However, due to the intervention of the BJP high command at that time, he agreed. Even after this the discussion was going on that the tussle between him and CM Dhami was not over.

Were asking for tickets for relatives

According to sources, Harak Singh was seeking tickets for his family for three seats in the assembly elections for his relatives and himself. He wanted to get one of these tickets to his daughter-in-law Anusuya, but the party was adamant on the formula of one family-one ticket. Harak Singh also did not attend the ongoing meeting for ticket distribution in the state against this. Because of this, this action has been taken against him. However, in a conversation with a media channel, Harak Singh Rawat said that he has not been given any information about his dismissal from the party.

Can join Congress today

Sources have also said that Harak Singh Rawat may return to the Congress on Monday. Congress sources have also said that Harak Singh Rawat will join the party after reaching the Congress headquarters in Delhi on Monday. During this, 2 to 3 sitting BJP MLAs will also join Congress along with them. Just before the last assembly elections, Harak Singh had left the Congress minister and joined the BJP along with several other MLAs.

Had reached Delhi on Sunday evening to meet Shah and Nadda

According to sources, Harak Singh Rawat, annoyed by not getting tickets to his relatives, reached Delhi on Sunday evening. Here he reached to meet party president JP Nadda and Home Minister Amit Shah. He was accompanied by MLA from Raipur seat, Umesh Sharma Kau, who had announced his resignation a few days ago after Harak Singh resigned from the cabinet. Sources say that he did not get any specific assurance from the party management in this meeting. After this he had met some Congress leaders, on which the party management was angry.
