Order on the claim of Hindu army

He presented the entire history from the birth of Lord Krishna till the construction of the temple before the court. He has also challenged the agreement made in the year 1968 between Shri Krishna Janmasthan Seva Sangh vs Shahi Masjid Idgah.

Next hearing will be on January 20

Plaintiff's lawyer Shailesh Dubey said that on December 8, the entire matter was placed before the court. The court had registered the case on the same day and ordered Amin to survey the actual situation and present the report along with the map. In this regard, the hearing could not be held in the court on 22 December. Now by January 20, after surveying the disputed site, the report will have to be presented in the court.
